This is the second time I've used Lighthouse, first was to help me out with some family issues, this time it was to give my husband and I some peace of mind with the nanny we were hiring to care for our 6 month old son. Even though there are plenty of websites that can provide background checks, I wanted an actual person to be able to explain the results(ie what does it mean when a person has a known alias) and also the guarantee that we received the correct background check for the correct person(I had a friend who got endless results for someone with a common name, which is so frustrating).
